Brain Retreat and enquiries
A Brain Retreat enquiry does not create a paid booking. A place may be rescheduled or declined if a batch is unavailable. Payment terms will be shown clearly before online payment is activated.
Policy required before payments launch
Before Razorpay or any other payment method is enabled, the business must publish a final, approved policy covering: [CONFIRM: final refund/cancellation eligibility, timeframes, contact method, and processing timeline before payments are enabled]. Until that policy is completed, no visitor should rely on a price display as a binding offer.
How future refund requests will work
When a final payment policy is published, it will state the request channel, evidence required, timeframe for a response, whether recorded content counts as used access, and how any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.
