User Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how a visitor, parent, learner, educator, or Facebook-connected user can ask Mission Mindfulness to delete personal information associated with their account or enquiry.

01How to request deletion
Email missionmindfulness16@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please send the request from the email address connected to your Mission Mindfulness account, enquiry, or Facebook-connected login whenever possible.
02Information to include
- Your full name.
- The email address and phone number used with Mission Mindfulness.
- Whether the request relates to a website enquiry, learner account, teacher-training enquiry, or Facebook-connected login.
- Any additional detail that helps us locate the correct record without sending sensitive information.
03What happens next
We will confirm receipt, verify the request where necessary to protect the account, and delete or anonymise the relevant personal data within 30 days where legally permitted. We will send a confirmation after the request has been completed.
04Information we may need to retain
Some limited information may need to be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or accounting records. Any retained information will be limited to that purpose and will not be used for marketing.
05Questions or follow-up
For help with a deletion request, email missionmindfulness16@gmail.com. Parents or lawful guardians should make deletion requests for child learners.
